Having Adam Crowder as a realtor was one of the best decisions we ever made when we had to clear out and then sell our in-laws home. It was a long process to get it ready to even go on the market but Adam was patient and helpful every step of the way. He provided us with lists of potential estate sales businesses, foundation repair experts, etc. When the house was ready for sale he was incredibly respectful of the choices we had to make and never pushed us to do otherwise. He was professional but kind and very encouraging. Adam kept us updated during the entire process as well and was always available to answer questions. We never felt like a bother. The house sold so much sooner than we expected and Adam walked us through that entire process as well. We highly recommend Adam Crowder as a realtor for anyone, any time!

Adam is uniquely qualified as a real estate agent. He understands construction and the process by having worked with a local construction company in building and remodeling businesses. He and his wife also worked at "flipping " houses for several years so he can advise in what is possible in remodeling a space. He was known as "McGyver" throughout his high school and college by his ability to fix most anything. When he was helping us find our home, I watched him repair and replace a competitor's sign in the yard as if it was an everyday occurrence , an act of integrity . He is honest, dependable and a continual student in keeping current with the rules and regulation of the industry. You can't go wrong with using Adam as your agent.

We moved into Kansas from out of state. Adam spent OVER a year showing us properties whenever my wife or myself, were able to travel here for a weekend. As a joke, we even sent him a 1 year anniversary card. He was extremely patient with us and it got to the point he knew what we were looking for, even though we were sometimes overwhelmed and confused ourselves. We highly recommend Mr. Crowder.

We have moved many times and bought many homes and Adam is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. He knows Wichita and did a great job of aiming us towards homes that fit with what we were looking for. As we looked at homes, his knowledge of construction and homes helped us in focusing on problem areas so we didn't have surprises. He was extremely responsive at all hours and did a great job of follow up. During the negotiation process, which ended up being lengthy, he was a good partner in brainstorming and discussion. Finally, after we have closed, when most realtors would disappear, he has stayed involved in making sure that some of the checklist items from the seller were completed. My wife and I both highly recommend him.

He always had our best interest at heart and would let us know if we were in an area of town that wasn't very good. He would even let us know of problems in homes we viewed that we didn't notice. I am indebted to my friend for recommending Adam, as I couldn't imagine going through such a stressful process with someone a whit less understanding, and knowledgeable. Not only does Adam offer excellent advice as far as the nuts and bolts of the home buying process, but with a background in home improvement/carpentry he is a font of inspiration with the "could-be" vision of a house, as well as a golden sense of humor, and perfect comedic timing. Not only would I recommend Adam to a friend, I would also be remorseful if that friend didn't take the recommendation, as they would be missing out on a fantastic experience!

Adam called me wanting to list my house, when I had it listed, for sale by owner. I told him I wasn.t interested, but would like for him to show me some listing. He agreed, and always had time to show me what ever I wanted, usually the same day, or for sure the next day. He also gave me great advice when I needed it. He is very honest, and I still call him for advice , because of his expertise, and trustworthiness.

Adam has grown up in the Wichita/Andover area and knows it very well. He received his Business degree from Wichita State University and understands business and negotiating as well as real estate.
